Shipping & Returns
General
All delivery prices are automatically calculated and displayed during the first step of the checkout process. Prices are based on the postcode provided in your delivery address and take into account the destination, value, contents, and weight of your parcel. You can select the service/price that suits you best.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods when necessary. While this is rare, it ensures that your goods are delivered quickly and efficiently. Some delivery companies have restrictions on items like RIFs and gas. If an adjustment is needed, it will always be in your favor, and any price differences will be credited to your account.
Shipping Times:
At Empire Airsoft, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 16:00 Mon-Fri will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves our facility, not from when the order is placed. To increase the likelihood of next-day dispatch, we recommend placing your order before 16:00.
Delays in Delivery:
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.

Missing/Damaged Items:
If your package arrives and items are missing or damaged, you must contact Empire Airsoft EU within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. This allows us to contact the courier and make a claim. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be actioned. Please ensure all packages are checked upon delivery.
