Standard Warranty

All electric rifles, spring rifles, and electric pistols come with a 12-month warranty. Batteries, slings, speed loaders, and chargers included with these items are not covered, as they are considered complimentary. Gas pistols, gas rifles, and spring shotguns have a 30-day warranty. Some high-end rifles may have longer warranties; please check with the store if unsure.

Warranty Conditions

If a product proves faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will diagnose the issue and, if necessary, arrange for repairs free of charge, covering both parts and labor. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

The Empire Airsoft EU warranty does not cover:

• Transportation costs for returning the item.
• Damage due to accidental or negligent handling.
• Routine maintenance.
• Misuse-related faults.
• Repairs not conducted by Empire Airsoft EU.
• Unauthorized upgrades or modifications.
• Damage from poor-quality or substandard BBs.
• Use of batteries other than 8.4v Nimh or 7.4V Lipo.
• FPS variance from indicated guidelines.
• External damage or normal wear and tear.

For Gas Blow Back or Gas Non-Blow Back products, the warranty is void if any gas other than 134A Gas has been used.

Product Images

Please note that product images are as up-to-date as possible, but manufacturers may occasionally change designs or color schemes. Contact us if you need to verify the accuracy of a product image. Empire Airsoft EU reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of our warranty at any time.

Returns Policy

If your purchase is faulty, contact Empire Airsoft EU immediately at [email protected]. A replacement may be dispatched at our discretion, but only after the original goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our engineers. No refunds will be issued for products damaged due to negligence or misuse.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 14 days from the day after receiving their goods to cancel an order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, with no restocking fee if canceled within this period. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please contact us before returning any items. Refunds will have the original postage cost and a £1 processing fee deducted. Refunds may take up to 30 days and may incur a 10% restocking fee for cancellations outside the initial 14-day period.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are purchased with the understanding that there will be a waiting period. A 7.5% cancellation and restocking fee applies to canceled pre-orders, as stock is ordered based on demand. Orders containing pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items are in stock unless otherwise agreed.
